Its been AGES since i posted anything , been busy as with training ,

finally with some spare time on my hands i thought i should start putting some paint on the pile of unpainted minis .

the photos aren't great ,but you get the idea ,

Its a little dusty , and i just realised he needs a pupil.

base is still unfinished

apart from shaving of the UM details a nice little fig i reckon

 

not too bad i reckon , considering how closeup these photos are :)

Very nice to both things :D

 

I particularly like the eye piece, but I feel that the bottom edge of it can be picked out a little brighter

 

I bet it looks different IRL, though, so my suggestion may be wasted

Very nice dude, the colours work well together and are pleasing to the eye.. very neat as well! My one gripe is the base, looks really messy.

and about the pupil, it makes him look battle worn with out one, like he has lost sight out of that eye, I would keep it.

for my part I think im more impressed by the face than anything else. youve got some nice 'age' effect going on there and some very smooth transitions...very nice work in such a small area.
