Generating Random Name...
- Successor is not clone of their parent Chapter. But most have similar attributes. So you are saying that it's fine to have clone of already existing Chapter, hmmm...? I would say that it is quite hard to clone something will so little info. available, but i just took the main things such as Headhunting and Prognosticators, which there are almost no info on, and changed it to suite my needs. Darkchild130
Are the grasslands not where you would find more larger animals? And the jungle more smaller ones? Our ancestors (Brits) were Hunter Gatherers for thousands of years, following herd migrations on grassy plains with great success. there is plenty of food in grasslands. Darkchild In comparison to tropical region? The tropical region is able to supply much more people than the grassland of similar size. There is reason, why the cultures living in grassland are migratory in nature. yes and the reason is they follow the herds, as i have already pointed out. most plains dwellers grow strong and hardy, due to excess of meat in diet and being forced to improvise with little resources. Jungle tribes people survive on a diet of fruit, veg and small animals. Plains dwellers would make better Aspirants imo. Generating Random Name...
@NightRawenII: You asked why my chapter did not partake in the Badab War, and I still don't have an answer but Within range of Badab are the homeworlds of both the White scars and the Blood angels, and yet these two chapters did not participate, so do you think it is possible to keep my chapter in the same place and have them not participate? Also most (If not all) successors retain something from their pregenitors, especially as the pregenitor usually trains the chapter. For instance Dorn's successors are Stubborn, Jonson's hunt the fallen, Khan's are Speed freaks, etc etc. So is it too hard to believe that the Silver Skulls passed on some of their personality and beliefs? Thanks GRN Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/223563-ia-flaming-scythes/page/2/#findComment-2687464 Share on other sites

Yes, it is possible, but people are going to ask... ;) Also most (If not all) successors retain something from their progenitors, especially as the progenitor usually trains the chapter. No it's not hard, but there is difference between "some" and "They are like Silver Skulls, just with different colour-scheme." :( Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/223563-ia-flaming-scythes/page/2/#findComment-2687680 Share on other sites
Generating Random Name...
O.K. I see what you mean (Even if I don't agree with it). I don't feel I've taken too much from the chapter, just core concepts, "Prognosticators" and "Headhunting", but then I'm biased (:() Some work has been done on the points you mentioned, and a new version will probably be up soon. EDIT: So basically what you are saying is that I need some defining trait that sets then apart from the Skulls (And any other similar chapters)? Do I need to answer this question? :P :D I guess not, and I also realised that I have taken the ritual tattooing aswell, so I see what you mean about being a copy more than I did earlier and am working on possibly changing some things.
Changes to some of the things you mentioned NightrawenII, still havn't moved them, but I feel a big improvement in the recruitment and light improvement in the enemies section.
