So to cut to the Chase me dog died tonight. I need some help finding a good model of a wolf, she was a native american indiana dog, a wolf hybrid and wonderful companion. She Look like the wolves of eastern europe / western russia. I want to model her as a tribute. Please Any links for acceptable models would help.

Honestly mate, for such a loving tribute as this, I'd suggest just using a Fenrisian Wolf as a base and hand-sculpting it to the best of your ability. It adds personality and is an obvious show of care and devotion to your lost loved one. Plus, it might assist you in getting through any grieving processes; works of creativity are good for that.

I know that when my last dog died, I was an absolute wreck. To be honest, him dying was the thing that drove me to 40K; I needed a creative outlet to express my grief, and this seemed as good as any. However, although the grieving is mostly over (it never really goes away), whenever my models hit the board, I fondly think of Boss and grin a wolfy grin.

ON EDIT: To keep on topic... Do you have a picture of yer darling? It'd be easier to determine what, if any, model would serve well as a base.

Both would be a fine tribute and they both fit on a 40mm terminator base.
