This is off topic (for which I apologize) but I concur. If you want two power fists on the same model, take Calgar. Never take more than one upgrade on a model with a 3+ and no invuln. Back on topic, gc08 is correct: 2 base attacks as a veteran; would receive a bonus offhand attack only if he wields a PF in the other hand; (almost) always an extra attack on the charge.
