The spawning rule specifically states they count as a termagaunt unit with no upgrades and always armed with (whatever that weapon is) and are treated as such for all purposes including objectives and victory conditions. So if you happened to be playing a mission where only vehicles (poor nids) or elites could score then no they couldn't but in a normal mission where troops can score and termagaunts can score then so can spawned ones. ShinyRhino Posted March 2, 2011 Share Posted March 2, 2011 It should be noted that many tournaments and/or tournament scenarios specifically dictate whteher units created during a battle count for KP, or not. For example, last year's 'Ard Boyz scenarios specifically stated that such units (be they Gaunts, Spore Mines, Rippers, Necron Scarabs, Chaos Spawn, etc) were worth 0 killpoints.
