Quozzo Posted March 3, 2011 Share Posted March 3, 2011 Chapter Library Hello, I'm trying to create a Chapter Library of all the Loyal/Renegade/Excommunicate Chapters, both DIY and Cannon and i need your help to do it. I first started this project because i was trying to find some fluff about other BA descendants that i was basing my DIY chapter on and although there are many IAs out there, I couldn't find the ones i needed. Anyway thats why Ive created an interactive library with a few search options which should let you easily find DIY chapters that others have taken the time to share with us. Submitting Your Chapter Your Chapter must have an AI or at least some background fluff about them, a picture of your Chapter colours is also needed from here but not essential as a default picture can be used if they do not have any Chapter colours yet. The founding chapter, the geneseed and the standing (loyal/renegade/excommunicate) will be used to filter the chapters in the search options but if they don't know their founding chapter etc, then 'unknown' will suffice. To submit your Chapter you can post below with a link to your Chapter or if you could use this form I would really appreciate it as it will save me alot of time to get the relevant info. I will host the Chapter colours and Chapter badge on my site from the link you provide as that will ensure no pictures disappear over time. If you are posting an official cannon Chapter then please state that in the post. I'm not looking for Chaos Space Marines IT (Index Traitorous) yet, if this proves popular then I will implement a Chaos Space Marine Library, and even the other races too. Brother Tyler Posted March 4, 2011 Share Posted March 4, 2011 We're also working on our own index here at the B&C, building on the old Liber Astartes website run by Kurgan the Lurker (which we appropriated for DIYs here). There's no harm in Quozzo's effort. My suggestion, however, is to start by working through our Librarium and the Index Astartes forum in order to build up the baseline. Once that baseline is built, ensure that there's a mechanic for new DIYs to be submitted. A trove of information on DIYs is already here in the Liber Astartes forum so there's no need to ask others to send the information.
