recon0321
according to the codex the 4th company is know as the "knights of Baal" they also are denoted by having a green blood drop on their shoulder pad..but on to question considering their name is the knights of baal would it be too much to use templar bits like the robes and crosses whats everyone think i was thinking of painting the crosses green to tie with the green blood drop... c&c please
Deschenus Maximus
robes would be cool, but I'd avoid putting the crosses on if at all possible.
Brother_Mike
Well, just because their nickname is the Knights of Baal doesn't mean they literally look like knights, but if you wanted Templar bits on your mans, then who am I to stop you?
Brother Nathan
robes, knightly helms swords etc is all good, but for a pure blood angels army id advoid the crosses. they are probably just baals protector company most of the time, but you never know. personally id use the emperos champion as the company master or somesuch modelwise.... Gv0zD
I think it's just a nickname. Other company is called 'Daemon Bane' or something similar. But I doubt they all have nesis weappns and specialize in slaying daemons. Most likely those names are given due to significant achievements. Like 'the knights' could have fought off someone threatening Baal.
MithrilForge
Perhaps you could use templar robes and helms on your honor guard or "VVets or even sang guard? although im guessing as others have said its really just an honorific name for the 4th Co not what it actually is. we dont see too many 4th Co around, look forward to seeing some painted figures. cheers Mithril
