Dark Rage
Hey all Just taking a break from my LPC task, had to get Sevrin Loth I think it is the first librarian that has a helmet that aint metal, but that aside I thought the miniture look awesome. Here's the pics, I think my camera decided to brighten the blue and darken the green so green may look abit dark. http://i271.photobucket.com/albums/jj150/o0_Darkeh_0o/SDC11788.jpg http://i271.photobucket.com/albums/jj150/o0_Darkeh_0o/SDC11791.jpg http://i271.photobucket.com/albums/jj150/o0_Darkeh_0o/SDC11790.jpg http://i271.photobucket.com/albums/jj150/o0_Darkeh_0o/SDC11789.jpg C&C welcome Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/224139-librarian/ Share on other sites
Phosis
Impressive and CLEAN. Great basing Nice detail without any pouring over of colors Being a Thousand Sons player, I love gold.. but I'm glad you barely used any on this mini. It would make it look just awful. Good job Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/224139-librarian/#findComment-2680194 Share on other sites

Mr Yellow
Looks good. I was wondering though, did the shoulder pads come as separate pieces. I'm mainly interested in the axe arm, did the should pad come cast with the rest as one piece. Really nice paint job :) but where is the sword from? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/224139-librarian/#findComment-2680770 Share on other sites
bulley
Great painting that makes what is a terrible model (imo) look pretty damn good. Good work. I still absolutely despite that model, his helm is way to big! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/224139-librarian/#findComment-2680820 Share on other sites
XKhalilX
hey dark rage, i was thinking of getting this model, but does the helmet come already attached to the body, or is it a separate piece? i love the body and wanted to put a regular helmetless head on it and use the head on a captain? Really nice paint job :woot: but where is the sword from? Sword looks like an old metal Librarian force sword... Nicely done, this model looks great. XKhalilX
is the head placed in such a way that it would be easy to remove with a hobby saw? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/224139-librarian/#findComment-2681807 Share on other sites
Pig Of Sparta
Sadly the head isn't really accessable with a hobby saw. You could take it out if you want to rebuild the psychic hood after you've removed it.... I actually really like this mini (I'm very slowly painting one of these up as a PH Emperor's Children Librarian) and you sir have done it justice nicely. I like the contrast of the green and blue and swapping the axe for the sword was a great idea too, DA's don't seem to be very big fans of hacking at the enemies of the Emperor <_< cheers James Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/224139-librarian/#findComment-2682292 Share on other sites
