phatosen
Yeah, so I just bought the Battlescape (this one) in my local hobby-shop. But after I opened it, I discovered that it is somewhat bent.. The part with the wrecked Rhino is hanging about 4 cm in free air when the opposite part of the piece is placed flat on the table. What do I do? Do I return the piece, or is this something that can be expected and should I try to flatten the scenery myself, and how would you go about doing this? Hope you get what I mean. Otherwise I will toss some pics up later. :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/224222-bent-battlescape/ Share on other sites
MagicMan
Definitely take it back, dude. If you pay 15 quid for a small piece of plastic terrain, you at least want it to be un-damaged. Brother Nihm
I second the above, return it and get a replacement. :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/224222-bent-battlescape/#findComment-2681206 Share on other sites

phatosen
Sent an email to GW, just to see what their answer would be, and they said they are more than happy to replace the piece. Either pop back down to my local shop or send them some pictures of the "damage", so will probably do the first tomorrow. Seems their return policy is very fair, so thats good. :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/224222-bent-battlescape/#findComment-2682180 Share on other sites
Warsmith Aznable
GW customer service is tops, in my limited experience. I bought a Defiler kit that was missing an entire sprue, and all it took was one painless phone call to get one in the mail. Hezrou
Yeah its been a while since I needed GW Customer services but they have always been very good. Even supplying a miniature from a free item that was missing with no quibbles. Big thumbs up from me for them.
