Bat33.1
where did you get those melta guns? they don't look like any I've ever seen. great models amazing painting. I think I can answer this one for OwlandMoonGuy - the melta guns are from Forge World who make a range of bolters and heavy weapons to suit early pattern armour figures. Correct, that’s from the, Forgeworld’s Space Marines Special Weapons Pack Just one example of the excellent job they did creating pre-heresy upgrades for space marines. They were a long time coming but everything in the line is top notch. Where did you get the decoration for the Chaplains' banner? That standard is from WHFB Empire line. The Empire General kit to be exact. i love the way you have shown veterancy by keeping the yellow helmet but in a half fashion. If you’re going to go with a ½ scheme you might as well carry it through consistently. But this lowly Assault marine is too humble to be mistaken as a veteran. He’ll earn his bone or gold halved helmet after many more centuries of service. Blood Angels use different colors to denote combat role in the field. Tacticals have red helms, Assault marines yellow and Devastators use blue. There isn’t specific fluff out there for Angels Sanguine so I took the liberty of filling in the blanks myself = Index Astartes: Iron Willed Angels. Thanks gents. -OMG Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/224369-angels-sanguine-update/#findComment-2684569 Share on other sites

I'm particularly keen on a better look at that guy at far left... Sure thing. With the DC I like to illustrate the FNP visually on the model. I like the way that one turned out: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v699/OwlandMoonGuy/Angels%20Sanguine/03-PowerSword-1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v699/OwlandMoonGuy/Angels%20Sanguine/05-FeelingNoPain.jpg I like the power fist guy in that squad as well: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v699/OwlandMoonGuy/Angels%20Sanguine/00-PowerFist-1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v699/OwlandMoonGuy/Angels%20Sanguine/01-PowerFist-2.jpg Cheers, -OMG Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/224369-angels-sanguine-update/#findComment-2687040 Share on other sites
