Emperors Immortals
TDA priests, wholly BA and we all love 'em.Now the GK range can provide us with a Narthecium and also all the bits well ever need to scratch build Libbies and Inquisitors. Anyone else as excited as me?
Chaplain Gunzhard
Where did you find the Narthecium? ...I don't see it.
Mr Yellow
Can't wait. Really struggled not to pre-order the lot today. @ Chaplain Gunzhar. It's the third photo of GK termies. Bottom right guy.
Fishbone
At the moment I think I gonna buy a few Grey Knight's to convert them into a Termie Sang. Priest and an Honor Guard. And I'm pretty sure I find a use for the leftover NFW's^^

Brother-Captain Lucius
The range is pretty tasty, I'll probably pick up 1 of each kit and use the dreadknight as Mephy :D
ancient god
I think I'll get one of the regular GK boxes to build Librarians out of.
Brother_Mike
Now that I have seen the new GK plastics, very excited!
Losfer Werds
Had trouble finding the Narthecium myself, looks like it's got a chainfist built in to it as well. Anywho, was that Dreadknight not one of the single most awesome models GW has produced in a long time or what!? Since the GK get to borrow our Stormravens, I think they should let us have a few of those.
Emperors Immortals
Im also going to be able to finally start to get teh last of my "Seige of Vraks" models done - GK and Inquisitors!!! The dreadknght i think is pretty nice, but i think id replace teh marine with either the cockpit from the SR or a dreadnought sarcophagus.
Iron Father Rik
Had trouble finding the Narthecium myself, looks like it's got a chainfist built in to it as well. All nartheciums (or narthecii?) have that wee chainblade attachment. It's on the power armour one too in the Space Marine Command Squad box. This one is just bigger due to it being on terminator armour.
Venemox
I so thinking about theat Dreaknight sword as a furioso Libby force weapon mod. Just put it into one of the fists from the Ven Dred kit. I saw one that ahd a weapon from the fantasy minotaurs done that way.
Bonzi
Does anyone else think that the Dreadknight is what all Dreadnoughts should look like? I'm seriously wondering about the viability of converting Dreadknights to Furiosos for my BA army.
Whitefireinferno
I fully would hate to do that Bonzi But then again I just hate the Derpknight model and fluff behind it. Oh and you do realise it is mounted on the Oval base and is about twice as tall as a Dreadnought.
Midnightmare
Termie Sang Priest here too <_<
Chapter Master Ignis Domus
I think I may end up buying the termies purely for the bitz. A Deathwing Command Squad is lurking there, waiting to be found.
Julius Firefocht
I think it would be a great idea to buy some Grey Knights to form a small army or detachment in Apoc games. After all, Blood Angels and Grey Knights did cooperate before.
IronKobra
The model kits look brilliant! Very nice kits indeed. Hats off to GW for producing another awesome line. The character models are very impressive too...But I'm not a fan of the dreadknight things. I don't know the fluff or anything behind them, but they remind me of those things from the Matrix film  but its scale is definately impressive! Whitefireinferno
IronKobra you are better off not knowing... but yeah With a box of each you will end up with 13ish nifty helmets and around 30 something power weapons and thanks to them loosing detail from the Metal minis lots less work needed to convert them. and Now people have no excuses to not have fancy personalised Libbys  other than that I have little interest in the Knights and Now might as well start a wolves army due to TWM have now been knocked off the stupidest thing in the game tower
Gv0zD
Fellas, stop discussing that mecha baby holding ape  As for using gk bits to convert libbies. What bits are you taking about? Nemesis weapons? Books from tda gk? Condom-shaped caps like those of medieval knights? They don't have plastic psychic hoods and wired chests like libbies do. So there's not too much conversion potential imho. DC also has nice bits, BA-themed bits

DC also has nice bits, BA-themed bits  They also have a couple of staffs on those sprues that would make cool force weapons, as well as the bladed weapons. Much of the parts are more ornate than standard power armour bits, which helps for librarians, and as you said there are books and such too. You could make a librarian just from Grey Knight bits, but my plan was to mix these bits with other Space Marine kits to create some character models. I'm viewing these kits as sprues of bits to mix into my models, rather than as complete models (unless I start a Grey Knights army, or switch to that codex to represent my daemon-hunting Exorcists). Haunter!
Those helmets are beautiful. Totally grabbing a box of PA GK for those, the halberds, and the thunder hammer.
AngelOfDeathXIII
That Dreadknight is quite awesome.. I'm thinking of buying one and converting him to a Blood Angels Furioso Dread (By using bitz from the Sanguinary Guard, DC and Baal Predator)
Isryion
Some cool stuff, but I'm more excited about hopefully this meaning there will be fewer BA players.
Rybnick
Personally I think the Dread Knight is HORRIBLE looking, I can't believe so many people like it. Also what strikes me as funny is that I loved the Storm Raven when I first saw it where most people hated it. I guess I'm just weird like that.
