Psycher Mastery Levels

With the new Psycher Mastery Level only letting us know how many Psychic Powers someone can use per turn, my question is;

 

Can you use the same Psychic Power more than once per turn, if your Mastery level allows?

 

For example, could a GK Librarian upgraded to PML3 cast 'The Summoning' (Or Warp Rift) three times in a single turn? Or do you have to use seperate powers and can only use a specific power once per turn?

I would hazard a guess and say that shooting powers are restricted but other than that, you can cast the same non-shooting power more than once, just like a model with the Mark of Tzeentch casting Gift of Chaos x2.

The rule makes no mention of casting duplicate powers. However, as a regular model cannot shoot more than one weapon (of any type) in any given turn, you wouldn't be able to cast non-shooting powers more than once.

Agree with Nihm.

 

The shooting powers are restricted via the BRB. I'd suggest looking at specific Errata/FAQS on Tigurius, Mephiston, and Njal. for further clarifiaction.
