Sanji
Hello guys I have a question for you: if my stormraven moves 24" and it is destroyed in the enemy shooting phase (but NOT exploding), are the passengers lost with it? The rulebook says that no one can disembark from a vehicle that moved flat out, and the result destroyed-wrecked says that every model that cannot disembark is to be considered lost. This seems a very sad thing to me, so i ask for your opinion and i hope that you can prove that i'm wrong ;)

So no , the passengers arn't lost. Only if you destroy the raven during your own turn(.ie moving flat out into dangerous terrain and immobilising yourself.) are the passengers lost

matchbox
If you read the stormraven entry in the codex it says that you can actually disembark out the back of a flat out stormraven. It just acts like deepstriking so I'd assume it would be the same in this situation.
Noobtank
Corby is right, passengers are only lost when you fail a flat out movement onto difficult terrain
