The chances of hitting things are WAY larger!! You can if you want take 3 tech marines and have 3 orbital strikes a turn and against a horde, 3d3 S6/AP4 large templates a turn seems good...even the S10/AP1 seems like it could have it's uses against term heavy armies or even armies that have very tightly packed mech formations. The Rose Princes Posted March 16, 2011 Share Posted March 16, 2011 you could take 2 grand masters and 3 tech marines and get 5 a turn if you wanted.... and if they actually make servo skulls reduce the scatter, you could also take 15 servo skulls with that formation, littering the field. go on take a step forward, i dare you. also, if you attached either of them to a unit of Jokaero using lascannons then he wouldn't have to move.
