Canis Wolfborn +WIP+

Meh... so for other reasons I had to pull an all-nighter, and decided to have Canis help keep me awake. He's not finished, but most of it is just detailing which I likely won't be able to capture anyway, so.... here he is.

Hope you all enjoy.

Beautiful detail, you do realize that your now obligated to post the rest of your army? right? right? that and to paint mine while your at it haha jk Good job! I wish I had skill with the brush. Keep up the good work :)

Like, in a thread? Because some of my finished pieces are in my gallery tab already.

@YoungWolf: Not especially. It is one of the few models I've encountered that will require small bits of GS along glue seams to hide gaps or mold imperfections (if you're one of those perfectionists!). However, as I do with all my models, if a brush can't get to something, don't glue it. I waited until the model was nearly finished before gluing on the left arm, backpack, even the base, because of the details they would block my brush from being able to paint. I simply painted them separately as I went along.

my bad! it's been awhile since I took a peek at the main Space Wolf gallery.

Well, I posted them there too.. but I was referring to my personal gallery.

If anyone happens to take a peek over there also, same rules apply. I like hearing criticism just as much as praise, so I'll know where to improve.

Very well painted.

Ok you have heard praise so here the critism, the grey armour on Canis and his mount looks rather chalky, i know you have tried to shade it (better than most of us) but it appears like you have drybrushed it and this causes it to look chaulky and not as crisp as the rest of the model and colours.

But from a normal distance its not noticiable its just only visible because you have take such close ups. However i cant really fault the painting,
