And does anyone know of any army painter product distributors within reasonable driving distance to Toronto or in Toronto? You are bound to find a spray primer or flat color close to what you are looking for. After all, "Army Painter" is nothing more than flat primer shades with a custom label. A shop that specialises in scale kits, probably trains, and boats and radio-controlled stuff? They tend to have it in stock or can GET it. Without any hassle for you. They have the required paperwork to get it delivered to them.
