Robots aren't Monstrous Creatures!

First off, personally I like the idea of the Dreadknight, and I even like the kit as it holds lots of potential conversions ;) Being a monstrous creature, it can also fight other big bad monsters that dreadnoughts just can't face one on one, like say I don't know, Giant Daemons :P However people have been commenting that the dreadknight is more machine than monster, and so would need an armor value. So I'd like to hear what ideas you guys have for a monstrous creature that would fit in better with the Grey Knights :tu:

I'll start off. Normal space marine librarians use their powers to: create wings for travel, greatly increase speed and strength, etc. But they never combine their powers... A Grey Knight librarian is much more powerful and would be able to combine lots of powers together, creating a psychic construct around them in the shape of a classic knight. So imagine this giant glowing knight (a blue glow maybe) with the shadowy silhoette of the librarian inside. The weapons it uses are made of real material so if the knight "dies" all the equipment (and the librarian) fall to the floor with a loud clatter. The libarian would either be unconsious or dead after exerting himself so much to keep the form together under strain of heavy damage.

I've even come up with a way of creating a model ;) A good sculptor (not me) would create the knight model, then make a mold of it. Place your finished librarian model inside chest cavity of mold. Finally, you fill it with clear resin, perhaps adding a dye to give a glowing hue feel.

As you can tell, I've put alot of thought into this :P What do you guys think?

Sounds like an effective stand-in. I myself always thought the DreadKnight's wounds were like a miniature version of apoc-rules in that it is so advanced it takes a bit to kill it as it employs several redundant systems to keep it walking. Your idea doesn't even require a explanation and I think would be more acceptable to the masses. Can't wait to see it.
