Terminatorinhell Posted July 19, 2011 Author Share Posted July 19, 2011 For Mr. Abdullah I used a pair of sang guard legs, a chaos warriors cape (severely trimmed), some CCW arms (CS and BP), a FW Loth kit's shoulderpads, torso and axe, GK open hand and a generic head I forgot where I found. Wicced Posted July 25, 2011 Share Posted July 25, 2011 hmn where to start commenting? :confused: Â first of all i like your dark colour scheme, but the teal looks even better :tu: Â conversions are looking good, think my favourite would be Abdullah , he just screams badass ;) Â got some critique about your Ryoto though. i think his face looks to boyish and young for a guy in terminator armor and on the picture taken from behind, it looks like he's got a very bad back. the socket connecting his legs to the torso looks a little long and the torso seems to be angled backwards too much. otherwise nice conversion! Also should I lean him a tiny bit forward? The arms are magnetized at the shoulders and the fists are detachable. Whilst I'm not 100% on the pose (leaning bak a bit much for my tastes) the paint looks to be coming along really nicely, a very fine edge highlight on the black and this should look Boss! Â Well make sure you paint the dead CSM in dark/rusty armor and covered with mud or dirt so he blends in with the base a lil. Â For the bases I think there's a bit too much on the Terminator's base, and maybe not enough on the Dreadnought's base. I had to look twice before I realized what exactly he was stepping on. It seems obvious now that I know what it is, but at first glance it wasn't immediately apparent. Â But great stuff; I aspire to model detailed bases at some point.
