New side prodject, need help.

I am tierd of having bits left ower from frenzied buys from times back.

 

I am thinking of converting it all to a count as grey knight army. It is a low model count. I will be doing them all in dark metal with Oni red painted faces to make them scary. There is however one problem:

 

I do not for the life of me understand how the codex work. Where do they get the anti tank from?

 

I usualy run at 1750 points. My jaws dropped at the purgatory squad (2 attacks?) and the psybolt amunision (str 5 24"? yes please) but I am having a hard time making heads of tails of this.

 

any help as to getting a good backbone would be good.

 

I was thinking maibe terminators in cover hiting a landraider in sett op, and turn one they enter and drive forwards. A psyker giving them all stealth would help, and then they are inside (yay!) driving with smoke grenades that give +3 coversave.

 

In short, if I wanne use purgatory squads (perhaps getting Doctor Crow to make them scoring) and psybolt amunisions, what are good places to start?
