Perhaps a Champion can be sent from each of the tribes, with others from the same entering but effectively representing themselves. That would allow a fairly high number of contestants, as many won't survive the contest.

 

I'll see what I come up with :P

I meant that if two tribes have a grievance, two champions battle it out (fishing rights to a river or whatever). They get their general aggressions out with the recruitment contest (which should also have adult events, otherwise there'll be bored dudes with axes). :P Edited July 8, 2012 by Octavulg

Whilst there is still a fair bit to add, I have updated the first post. Hopefully it won't be too long until I can actually say I have a completed IA!* :P

 

* Or at least one that's close enough at a brief glance.... :)
