Wolfbiter
I was very interested in painting Grand Master Mordrack and his Ghost Knights after reading their description in the Rumors section. Out of curiosity, are people planning on customizing their own Mordracks out of existing GK kit, or waiting for an official model release? I'm tempted to get the new plastic GK terminator set, do four as Ghost Knights, and model the leader using the hammer and arm holding the Daemon head trophy for Mordrack. What ideas are you using for your Mordrack? Also, just curious...anyone lucky enough to see the official codex know if there are pics of Mordrack or a mini in there? hmk17
I do not recall seeing one. I was planning on converting a Draigo. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/225118-mordrack-model/#findComment-2693960 Share on other sites
Oiad
Maybe they'll include him, along with Valeria and Thawn in a second wave. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/225118-mordrack-model/#findComment-2693971 Share on other sites
muadib02
I totally plan on just converting him from platic, or possibly basing him on the Draigo model (depdning on how the arms and head are attached. monkeyking
Cool paint job. On a similar note, does anyone know of a good Inquisitor in Terminator armor conversion? I thought they were possible before, but the nothing turned up on a search of the forums. I thought they were possible before, but the nothing turned up on a search of the forums.I would assume the Hooded Head from the DA upgrade sprue, plastic termie body, GK term arms and weapons to taste. Back on topic, Does anyone know how Draigo's arms are attached? As was mentioned earlier, he looks like he could make a great Mordrak if the arms allow it. f74
You could try to find an OOP Inquisitor on Ebay, there was one with bionics and psycannon (IIRC) not too sure if he was in Term armour or not. f74
The Mordrek model is just made from the Plastic Grey Knight term sprue. No other bits were added. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/225118-mordrack-model/#findComment-2700476 Share on other sites

I think the only separate piece is the left arm (the one with the Storm Shield). Everything else is one-piece, so it would be a little difficult to swap out the Titan Sword for a NDH and make it look right. Grand Master Tchezzarus
@ Valerian : You're sure of this, because on GW website Draigo is listed as a 6 part kit... I was hoping for 2 heads, main body, sword arm, shield arm & standard? hmk17
GW site says 6 pieces (including 2 head options) It can go either way if the shield is attached to the arm or not. We should know for certain this week. The sword arm is visibly a separate piece (but together enough of the metal termies and you can spot that), but none of the pictures give you a good look at the shoulder joint of the shield arm.
