SCC
Lovely work Sandalphon, Sergeant Memnoch in particular is a wonderfully menacing figure! Any chance of sharing the red recipe? All my reds are very dark and having a brighter red recipe in my armoury would be nice... Not sure about a bayonet on a storm bolter on a TDA armoured Marine though, seems a little overkilly, I mean he's already got a PF, does he really need to stab people as well as smash them to a pulp? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/225144-dw-squad-complete/#findComment-2694898 Share on other sites
Sandalphon
Cheers all for the kind words! @SCC  the bayonet was an attempt to make him a bit more DW and less AoBR but i love the idea of him crushing some poor sod's head with the PF, lifting him up with it only to stab them and unleash some SB shells on whats left  red recipe is old faithful below: black basecoat red gore, blood red, blazing orange highlights. I try to keep the blazing orange minimal and tend to water it down a bit.. I was worried they were looking a little too 2nd ed. and 'festive' but i'm pretty happy with them, more to come hopefully!
