Henchman Servitors

I don't think servitors can have loyalty, they're mindless. Techmarines... maybe? I would think that their loyalty is to the Emperor above all else, then the Machine God, but I'm just guessing and don't recall having read any specifics on that topic.

the emperor and the omnissiah are two sides of the same coin, two facets of the same power

at least thats what they mention in the gk book, dark mechanicus

If you take three plasma cannon servitors, three plasma gun acolytes (possibly with carapace), and then take a couple of Jokaero weaponsmiths, then add an Inquisitor with a psycannon, you have a potentially viscous firebase. With the weaponsmiths you have a chance of getting +12 inches on your range which would be very good.

I believe plasma cannon servitors are 0-1, it was in the playtest version and I don't think it was changed in the actual one.

It's not 0-1, all the ranged weapons are 0-3 total. That was even the case in the playtest version (not that it matters now). So no the unit is completely legal, and worth every point, especially if you take an Inquisitor with a null rod and Psyocculum. BS10 plasma cannons tend to hit...

I'd totally try them out, I see little reason not to give them a run. Three of them with Plasma Cannons is pretty cheap, and even though you need an Inquisitor to babysit them, you could get some monkeys in there to further boost their guns, and give your Inquisitor some decent shooty gear (like a Psycannon) to complement them.
