I've seen similar conversions before -always looking great- and would love to do one myself if I ever get round to an Inquisitorial or AdMec army. The body bits are from the VC Cairn Wraith, which is a pretty cool figure in and of itself. Very clever how they put that together. The hands come from a Dark Eldar Talos/Chronos sprue. The head came from another sprue, like the Wyches or Hellions. I got a metric tonne of DE bits and stuff in a trade and since I'm not really planning to do DE I'm going to build some Sisters of Silence out of some of them, but then these "hands" (using the term loosely) just kept getting my attention. They're very odd and DE-ish, but with a little inspiration were able to find their way into an instrument of the Emperor, praise be his name.
