Which is definitely note allowed in the rules. You activate. It goes off and continues for the rest of the turn. Its like Gazzys waaagh in that respect. He waaaghs stuff happens and then it keeps going. He waaaghs stuff happens and then it keeps going. you declare a model will deepstrike when it is put into reserves, but that doesnt mean it will deepstrike, you could never succeed in its reserve roll. Your scatter example doesnt work because range is messured before scater. Your scatter example doesnt work because range is messured before scater. No because they will automatically come in turn 5. I mean the range of their pistols. They could scatter outside of 6" (And thats easy to tell) you couldnt then opt to fire the vanguard pistols just because you cant heroic intervention. You declared the intervention and gave up your right to shoot already.
