GM Aeneas
I'm inspired to convert a Librarian Dreadnought for my chapter Legio Scorpio. Here is the basis of the Dread: and here is the base prior to the plastic card being glued in: I plan to give the sarcophagus the imperial eagle similar to the FW Ultramarine dread. I'm hoping for more updates on Sunday. AkiTIMsu/GM Aeneas Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/225618-legio-scorpio/ Share on other sites
Olis
... This looks promising... Is there going to be some conversion work here? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/225618-legio-scorpio/#findComment-2700692 Share on other sites
GM Aeneas
There will be conversions. I'm planning to reposition the legs and cover the sarcophagus with an Aquila like the FW Ultramarine one. Also it will have some green stuff work done for some honor scrolls. GM Aeneas
I have done some work on the legs. The repositioning of the legs went better than I thought. I thought I would need to do more cutting to the legs to get the position I wanted. This one shows the pins in the hip. Plastic tubing was used to get the original size back for the pistons. Here are the two legs next to each other to show the pinning locations. I have started to remove the heraldry from the sarcophagus. The sarcophagus is going to be done with plastic card to get the look i want. I should get the legs completely assembled by the end of the week.
