Grimdarkness
Nice you have really captured the feeling of these machines being old in your weathering. Congrats. Vindicatus
Thank you  I appreciate it. I don't like vehicles like this, that supposedly take forever-and-a-day to build and extremely secretive, looking like they're brand new. I wanted her to look like she'd been through some pretty hairy situations. That and I wanted an excuse to put it on a giant slab of granite. DavidKits
I can only wonder... excessive firepower maybe a little? I'm also wondering how is it armed? i can see the punisher cannons and the twin linked possible punisher cannon.. but isn't it suppose to have 4 tl-heavy bolters o.O wouldn't te punishers pump out more rounds then 4 H-bolters could produce? did you custom make a datafax for this or just use it as a standard thunder hawk? Vindicatus
This baby is custom-ordered for the Ordo Malleus. Currently has : 1x twin-linked Punisher cannon (one under each wing). 2x twin-linked Lascannons (1 under each wing, 1 on the tips of each secondary stabilator wing) 2x twin-linked long-barreled Assault-Cannons (one on each wingtip) 1x Turbolaser cannon, dorsal mounted It is so armed because it is meant, like most ships of this nature, to deliver or retrieve it's cargo intact. Sometimes, that means clearing the drop-zone with sheer volume of firepower, and with the new addition of Psybolt ammunition, this beast just got a lot scarier. ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/226077-lpc-vow-completed/#findComment-2708710 Share on other sites

Vindicatus
I'm certainly working on it :P. That'll come around the same time that I find a way to put this on a base that doesn't involve a 13 pound slab of granite attached. Zincite
Emperor forgive me for saying this, but I pity the Heretic scum... Me, I'm pitying the guy who paints the scum. How to win games in just one easy step: Step one: Drop a giant slab of granite on your opponent's army. Step two (Optional): Jump up and down on the spot, shouting 'Naa Na Na Naaaaa!'. Repeat as necessary. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/226077-lpc-vow-completed/#findComment-2710382 Share on other sites

lee265
Just put the slab on tiny wheels and literally crush your opponent's army. Seriously great work. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/226077-lpc-vow-completed/#findComment-2710644 Share on other sites
Vindicatus
Hah, you folks aren't the first ones to mention just how ridiculously heavy and huge that base happens to be, but I appreciate the comments. I look forward to being able to do other GK fixtures in the future.
