Can Servo Skulls stop Outflanking?

Servo skulls are Awesome!

Cheap and can totally nulify an opponents Alpha strike, by prohibiting Scouting and Infltrating. Take enough of them, and you can effectively pin your opponent in thier deployment zone.

My question is, if you have some within 12" of the board edges, can you stop units using thier Scout rule held in reserve from deploying by Outflanking becuase of your Servo Skulls?

Something related: do servo skulls stop enemy units from entering play from the sides or rear (outflank) after the first turn? or does their deployment denial ability only work before turn 1? Do they stop enemy deep strikers?

All this can be answered by reading the Servo Skull entry in the codex. Short answer: they do not effect outflanking and they have an effect on your opponent having a deepstrike land near them.

Spacefrisian,

Don't their scouts still use the "Scout" USR? If so, then it is effected and still scout, reguardless of what it is called. Unless you are talking about their outflank thing as its completely different.
