Bit of C&C on your captain [presume it's welcome :(], the conversion and most of the painting is sweet [really like how you did the blades]. I reckon the back of the wings could use a drybrush of the lighter red as they look a little flat. Also I really don't like the base, I think it detracts from the model. Some cork instead maybe? Justin2008 Posted April 30, 2011 Share Posted April 30, 2011 Ok time for reviewing :lol: Dreadnought: Pre-painted - i think the model looks cool, and will fit in with the army nicely :) - Well done painted - i think the paint scheme is nicely done, makes the dreadnought fit in with your army, and looks badass - only improvement i could suggest is maybe wash the skull - give it a less clean look, maybe a bullet hole or something ;) Also the base looks like he has walked on a pile of digestive biscuits :) - dont wanna go back to the cheesecake base lol - rough it up a little, and give him some dead bodies :P hehe Lucius count as - looks good for a homemade version, cant wait to get some paint on him :D Good job, one of your best id say, cant wait to play against the buggers hehe ;) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So in the mean time i have put together a sorcerer in Terminator armour he will part of a thousand sons detachment who has pledge their alligance to Tarcil but more on this to come when ive got the fluff down and im happy to share it. So here he is he will be painted up in the Thousand sons pre-heresy colours so will be the 16 other thousand sons minis that are currently being stripped. Sadly i haven't done any painting as my local GW are out of Necron abyss :) but i have got two troops put together they dont have many trophies as i have next to none but i am currently bidding on loads of skulls on ebay yay! I've also gotten my instant moulding stuff so i can get Red storm finished.
