Trystt
Quick question: I put some green stuff on a chestpiece, and it solidified enough that when I tried to peel it off and move it, it left some residue on it that I can't seem to get out. is there any method to A. Remove green stuff and B. make green stuff moldable after it has fully solidified? Whitefireinferno
I've found putting the bit in hotish water then using a toothpick works with removing greenstuff in this sort of situation. Trystt
Thank you very much. I suspected that some sort of water would do the job initially, but after some attempts, regular water certainly didn't work, even if left in for long periods of time. Hot water actually sounds more reasonable. I'll try it out! Might help me rescue future bits :( Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/226363-removing-green-stuff/#findComment-2711524 Share on other sites
Tabgoi
If that does not work, dawn power disolver. I had an old progect that got a bit out of hand and got into a lot of the nooks and crannies of a HIGHLY detailed chest piece. Peeled it right off after the power disolver. The little bits that were left in tiny cracks came up easy with the touch of a dental pick on the green stuff.
