henrywalker
i just took a look at the dreadknight sprue online and it looks to me as though the alternate hands have pegs to hold them in place. Could this mean they are interchangeable even without magnets? similar to the dreadnaught arm weapons? soots
for the dk kit theres 3 left hands : fist, thnuderhammer and great sword and 1 right hand the only problem is that theres 2 "finger" parts for the left hand so you kinda have to choose between the left hand weapons i magnetized the left hand and the greatsword something to think about Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/226418-dreadknight-weapons/#findComment-2711443 Share on other sites
SamaNagol
Dreadknight with a Greatsword is so powerful you should just take one anyway. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/226418-dreadknight-weapons/#findComment-2711454 Share on other sites
henrywalker
i'm taking 3 and thats too expensive for where i need them. however in apocalypse...... thats why i'd love to be able to kit out the three of them with swords, psycannons, teleporters the works. (i'd also love a formation of them) anyway, i will be taking at least 1 sword, i just would like to be able to mix it up Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/226418-dreadknight-weapons/#findComment-2711457 Share on other sites

henrywalker
i'll magnetize if i have to but i personally am not a fan. do the pins stay on their own in a similar way to those in the dreadnaught's arms? Brother Valerius
Kinda. On mine they can be a little loose (although the daemon hammer is reasonably snug), but not so loose that it won't go away once I prime it (probably). It's amazing how much difference that little layer of paint can make in terms of how stuff fits, and I think it can do the job here. Zagman
There is a small hole on the back sides of the hands, this is easily modified to hold a magnet, and there is enough room inside of the hand socket for a corresponding magnet. My dreadknight can be fielded with fists, greatsword, heavy incinerator, heavy psycannon, or any legal combination of these options.
