This weeks update-

we got a bit of a late start due to a L5R card game tournament at our LGS so i only got a couple infinity and 40K games in.

 

The second 40K game was against another 6 dread player, although he ran 5 venerables and one ironclad to my 3/3 mix of them.

 

It was a kill points game which worked in my favor since he had rhinos and razorbacks. it pretty much turned into a dread brawl in the middle of the table and whoever connected first won. we spend the first couple rounds fo CC missing each other :D then i started wracking up the kills. in the end he got 5 kill points and i got 7. giving me the win.

 

The other game i played i actually remebered to take pics of and it was my panzers VS infantry IG. they tried to swamp me with numbers. it slowed my dreads a bit with my venerables getting tied down fighting IG squads. however i manage to hold my objective while pushing or pulling his units off his.

 

In the end he lost a leman russ, a valkyrie, 3 sentinels walkers, several heavy weapon platoons and something like 70+ guardsman.

 

My losses were

2 LS storms

1 lLS typhoon

2 ironclads

and about 9 marine scouts.
