Warp Quake vs. Deepstrike

Does this power work against all types of Deepstrike? Yes, I've read the rule, but this seems to be one of those RAW vs. RAI things. How is a warp quake affecting a drop pod, monolith, jump infantry? It just seems extra bad as it occurs after the scatter.

It works against all types of deep strike. The description of the power's effects (the one for color, not the rules which I assume you aren't asking about, as they are quite explicit) says it disrupts landing beacons, interferes with thrusters, etc. It seems pretty clear-cut to me. If you would like a rationale from the perspective of the fluff how it affects various things, I'm not creative to come up with one, but you can rationalize anything if you work at it. I'm sure someone could make one. B)
