exsulis81
Anyone else notice that in "A Thousand Sons" the Lion has been reunited with the Legion, and the Duran conflict has already happened; but the First HH DA novel is squarely after the council of Nikaea? Though I did enjoy the addition of the StormHawk, which from the brief description sounds much more to scale as the StormRaven as it was only carrying a dozen, or so passengers. pueriexdeus
I've finished 15 HH books so far and have noticed what seems to be a flux generator in the stories themselves. I am sure that it would be unrealistic to expect all the books to follow a linear time line. I say this because the universe is a big place and events are happening concurrently everywhere. Might also be noted that some writers take literary license to bounce around on the calendar in order to get their story across. And this also is an effort to make the story understandable. exsulis81
One would hope that the BL would have mapped out this kind of thing before they gave the go ahead. Yeah, that's the ticket! :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/226597-hh-da-and-the-inconsitant-timeline/#findComment-2714386 Share on other sites
