Calnus Posted April 7, 2011 Share Posted April 7, 2011 Ok, so here's my plan- I infiltrate a group of scouts with beacon as part of my deployment. Do they count as being on the table for purposes of the beacon, specifically for first-turn drop pod assault? I expect they do, but I'm worried its ambiguous enough to be called foul if I try it in my local group. Also, does it seem like a decent tactic to try against Ork dethrolla wagons? I keep getting run over by them (partly due to bad dice causing ALL my meltas to miss one game) and I'm thinking that if I get first turn and infiltrate with a good side shot, I can take them out with a lascannon dreadnought, or even a rifleman-type. Any other suggestions to take care of the battlewagons would also be appreciated. Teleport Homers only work with units teleporting. Locator Beacons work for any deep strikers.
