Too many go for the low-key approach but those aren't true Fists, see my signature for more details :blush:! However have you thought about an alternative for the crevices? That said, they could benefit from some Devlan Mud or Gryphonne Speia in a couple of recesses to give them some depth, around the armour joints and whatnot. Black? also if you haven't picked up Iyanden Darksun...do it..you will love putting your bright yellow over top of a base like that. White, and I've tried the Iyanden Darksun method of yellow, and found it mediocre. I use a white primer, watered down bestial brown, and then pure golden yellow. I always imagined the Imperial Fists to wear a very bright golden yellow and these are pretty close to my imagining of them. I think you could even go a little wee bit brighter and hit them with some very subtle chipping and battle damage. Making them look like a force that has just only arrived to a new war zone and has had relatively few encounters with the enemy. Food for thought.
