Wildfire
Can anyone give me a page reference in the current rulebook that defines the properties of two-handed weapons? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/226922-two-handed-weapons/ Share on other sites
greatcrusade08
I was under the impression that two handidness (and one for that matter) was no longer within the rules. Wildfire
I as well, which is why I'm asking for a page reference. The GK codex makes reference to two handed weapons. Grey Mage
ALOT of codices make mention of it, and it is in the 5th edition rules- its just really tucked away, wich had many under the impression they were removing the term. Time has told otherwise. Â The rules for them are summed up on pg. 42, right hand column, paragraph 4, ironicly under the title "Fighting with two single-handed weapons". Jiron
As far as I remember, there is a paragraph at Close Combat weapons. About under "pistols in close combat" or somewhat alike. It is totally simple rule. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/226922-two-handed-weapons/#findComment-2718098 Share on other sites
nurglez
Aye, models with 2 handed weapons don't get the extra attack for 2 close combat weapons (though chaos should find a way round this if the model has 3 or more arms...) greatcrusade08
it raises the point about whether or not weapons are classified as one handed or two.. they are not. the rulebook merely makes this implication in its lists of what confers extra attacks and what doesnt Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/226922-two-handed-weapons/#findComment-2718222 Share on other sites
