The Shadow Guard
I just happened to see the coming soon section of the Black Library novel...and coming soon in March 2012 is "Path of the Renegade" authored by non other than Andy Chamber! Wow... one of my favourite 40K games designers... SG Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/227836-the-great-overfiend-is-backor-is-he/ Share on other sites
AGPO
Sadly I think he's just writing the book. Much like the Emperor, I fully expect AC to return right at the very end as GW is about to go under, and save us all from another Matt Ward codex... FerociousBeast
Me too. I loves me some Andy Chambers! Here's hoping this is just the start of a renewed partnership. Hey, we need Ward to give us an over powered codex before his time is over. If every other Space Marine army gets a makeover, we deserve one too. Dark Angel 13
Mack Martin, formerly of the "Dice Like Thunder" podcast and now games designer in charge of Fantasy Flight's "Dark Heresy" RPG, was interviewed on another podcast a few months back. He said then that Andy Chambers was working for Fantasy Flight. Fe was working on the "Death Watch" RPG if I'm not mistaken. It's too bad he stepped down from his posistion as 40k Overfiend. I miss the days when GW produce the extras found in Capter Approved, and WD was actually worth reading. Legio Draconis
Hi, Andy has listed on his Facebook account that his employer is Blizzard/Activison. Though I too would love him take over back @ HQ. Gaz Taylor
I miss the days when GW produce the extras found in Capter Approved, and WD was actually worth reading. I don't. If you didn't keep track of all the things going on, it was horrible turning up for a game and either having to drag a load of WDs with you for the rules or finding out you were playing something random from CA. They did how ever have some nice ideas. I prefer the method they are doing now which is scenarios :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/227836-the-great-overfiend-is-backor-is-he/#findComment-2739956 Share on other sites
