Or is the sarge the only on not allowed to rock two LC's. And on a different note if he can exchange his PW for a TH then can he exchange his BP for a SS? Then he can buy another claw through the entry that says all models can exchange their bolt pistol for, so the second claw is the same cost as anyone else's second claw.
