2 GMs or Brother Captains. You put everything else in reserve (I'm thinking some Storm Ravens for speed) and put the 2 chaps at the back of the board hidden. Keep casting Psychic Communion and keep everything in held back until turn 5 where you then last minute contest. Very annoying if not very boring.

Now this is a list i might do!

 

Get 2 inquisitors with psychic communion at 55 points each.

 

Hide these as close to your board as possible and in the centre to avoid outflankers. Both will hide from shooting. These will probably die but to do so you need to get close and then stormravens might role on early xD

 

add 3 stormravens and some dreads and you've got a list. Should work out something like this:

Would work better at 1,750 but most games are 1,500.

 

Objective placement:

get as many objectives within 24 inchs of your board edge as you can then contest. Also put them in a line so you can go 24 to contest with a storm raven and then drop your troops on another.

 

Kill points:

wait untill your inquisitors might die and then roll on your stormravens and eliminate the threat.

 

Overall won't get me any friends but turning up at a tournament, throne of skulls.....with this would be fun.

 

This list is also very easy to draw with anoying even more people xD

I dunno. Dont you lose when your two models get killed with your entire army off the board?

I'd go with this until There is an FAQ stating that Cotaez forces hechmen to take up FOrce org slots.

Other then being extremely costly $-wise (US$12.25/space monkey!!!!) this list is just mean. Maybe add an Inquisitor with Psyocculum also for extra s&g against psyker/daemon lists. =)

If you wanted to drop down to 29 Lascannon shots, you could add 2 Techmarines with orbital strikes and a squad of 7 Psykers to throw out a S9 ap1 blast. That way the Techmarines can bolster defenses to put your squads into.

 

This type of list is also annoying because when you show it to your opponent it will cause a rules argument, that will likely end the game before it begins.

 

Also note that in the original list

on average

~6 squads will get each of the Jokero upgrades. (so 6 rending lascannons, 6 36" range Multimeltas/60" range lascannons.)

3xDreadknight w/DH, HIcin, HPsyCan, Teleport -855 pts

Total- -1998 pts.

 

Allows for 4x Orbital Strikes, 6x S10 AP1 36" range assault pie plates, 3x S7 AP4 rending pie plates, and a servo skull skillfully placed to allow for less scatter. This would be a true shock and awe list and I'm thinking of taking it to a tournament. (May need tweaking to 1850 for tourny but thats doable).

hehe, knowthyenemy, that reminds me of the apocolypse 'nothing but orbital' sisters list. veyr evil, but only good against armies with lots of bodies, beacuse it always scatters :/

 

still, if you against MEQ, then coteaz with hotshot henchmen spam will tear stuff to shreds, in fact, it is just esntially an uber guardsmen list, all ap3, and mabye a few with power armoured men in there. mabye instead of filling up all 12 slots in each squad with a warrior, you could have an assasin or two to give each squad that bit of cc power. all in a chimera each of course! dont forget to give the warriors melta/plasma as required. i think im onto somthing here...?

Coteaz, 2 minimum-sized strike squads, and as many squads consisting of 3 naked acolytes as your points will allow. Why is it annoying, you ask? Think how much time it will take to move all those squads! You'll have almost no hope of winning, but that'll just make even more annoying to wait for a turn.
