Siege40k
Guys I need a little help. Can you direct me to a good airbrush? Also, would investing in a vallejo paint set be a good idea. I can never figure out how to get the dang GW paints out of the pot to mix. Thanks! Siege Also, any airbrush tutorials would be great. verpine
Iwata all the way. Eclipse HP-CS. Never used Vallej, so idk about their paint quality. Have you watched awesomepaintjob's videos on YouTube? The blood raven and space wolf ones have nice AB techniques. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/227995-airbrush/#findComment-2731632 Share on other sites

Brother Valerius
No personal experience, but I've seen a couple strong advocates on Dakka of the Air Pro Tools PS900, and it's probably what I will try when I take the airbrush plunge: http://www.buyairbrushes.com/products/PS900.html My experience with Vallejo Game Color paint was terrible, don't know how Vallejo Model Air compares to it. Personally, I see myself just working on thinning down GW paint enough to run through an airbrush, since that's what any hand touchups would be done with and I want the colors to match. Tanhausen
Vallejo model air FTW. Model color is ok if you use vallejos thinner. As for AB, dont know about brands ( I use Ventus and its decent) but try and get one that is .3 tip. And compressor, I use the "elephant"...its ok but overheats in 30 min or so and you have to stop for 10 min. Hope it helps!
