killersquid
Working on re-painting my Grey Knight army. I so far have finished one squad and a character. So I'll share them. Squad. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v472/killersquid/warhammer/Grey%20Knights/IMG_0168.jpg Librarian. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v472/killersquid/warhammer/Grey%20Knights/IMG_0169.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v472/killersquid/warhammer/Grey%20Knights/IMG_0172.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v472/killersquid/warhammer/Grey%20Knights/IMG_0170.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v472/killersquid/warhammer/Grey%20Knights/IMG_0169.jpg Calling them Strike Force Nova Cat. Have not really thought about lists at all. Just having fun painting them. verpine
These are certainly not "like everyone else", the paint scheme is pretty awesome! A nice change from the usual silver, good choice on the complimentary blue and orange. I don't really have any criticism, they really do look great! Olis
Glad to see your troops have had a new lease of life. The highlighting on your libby needs tightening up though. Jordan-096
they look great. really unique because of the brazen claws colour scheme Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/228237-recently-re-painted-grey-knights/#findComment-2735023 Share on other sites
Liltom
I think the halved scheme works great with the knightly theme of the models. And the extreme, cartoony-looking (for want of a better word) highlights look great with the style and proportions of the grey knights models. Though the highlights on the shoulders of the libby in particular do need a bit of tidying. Custodian Athiair
being a stickler for old fashionedness i'm not a fan of the colour scheme. however i think they are really well painted! well done ;) Athiair ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/228237-recently-re-painted-grey-knights/#findComment-2735432 Share on other sites
Spacewolf15
I love original color schemes. That being said I really like these GKs. The red and blue is well done. killersquid
being a stickler for old fashionedness i'm not a fan of the colour scheme.however i think they are really well painted! well done :) Athiair :D The exact opposite reason I chose these schemes. I am not a fan of Silver Armies. My Necrons are Yellow and Purple. Glad you folks like 'em. I've been kind of forced to take a hiatus on them. I'll post other units once I work on them. Not going to win any competitions, but I like messy painting. My favorite part is that the Librarian is about to walk into lava.
