Kronk
Having served in the Deathwatch on untold campaigns, this Meltagunner has returned to his brothers on crusade. As such, his armor returns to normal Templar paint scheme and his left arm painted black. He is allowed to keep his Deathwatch shoulder pad on his left arm. http://images.dakkadakka.com/gallery/2011/4/30/216169_sm-Black%20Templars,%20Deathwatch,%20Meltagun,%20Templar.JPG http://images.dakkadakka.com/gallery/2011/4/30/216170_sm-Black%20Templars,%20Deathwatch,%20Meltagun,%20Templar.JPG http://images.dakkadakka.com/gallery/2011/4/30/216171_sm-Black%20Templars,%20Deathwatch,%20Meltagun,%20Templar.JPG Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/228745-deathwatch-black-templar/ Share on other sites
Olis
Very nice. Does he have squad-mates? :tu: Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/228745-deathwatch-black-templar/#findComment-2742434 Share on other sites
Kronk
I've assembled 3 other Deathwatch Veteran Marines for my Black Templars. However, I plan on putting them in different squads on the fluff basis that the Marshal would want their experience spread throughout his crusade. Firepower
Not bad at all. The white looks smooth as a neophyte's bottom. :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/228745-deathwatch-black-templar/#findComment-2742504 Share on other sites
Chapter Master Ignis Domus
The painting is beautiful, much better than I will ever do in my lifetime, but that head-looking-up thing bothers me a bit. Still, the paint job more than makes up for it. :tu: Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/228745-deathwatch-black-templar/#findComment-2742911 Share on other sites

Zincite
Very nice painting work, I love it. But the pose bothers me a little.... "And so, after serving in the Deathwatch for years, Battle-brother Dancus returned to the crusade. Unfortunately, he was shot and mortally wounded by a stray Gretchin ten minutes after his first re-deployment as a full Black Templar, whilst carelessly watching the Birds flying overhead." Master Toddius
Thats a great idea! I have some DWKT pads and bolters that could find its way into my DA vet squads in the same respect. :) I like the PJ as well. Nice and clean.
