First up, as I'm sure it's the one you guys want to see the most, here's my WIP first painted mini. He's not done yet and I need to do some retouching but I'm happy with it so far. Tyrannicide Posted June 21, 2011 Share Posted June 21, 2011 I think the Sorcerer looks fantastic. This guy wreaks of pure evil, it's awesome. That said, I think you should smooth over the "face" inside the hood. Also, I think it would be really cool if you painted in a set of glowing eyes when you get around to that stage. I wouldnt paint in the eyes though but thats just me. I think he would look a lot more sinister with a completely blank face. Your lord is coming along nicely as well. I'm kinda going for a grim reaper/ring wraith feel with him. Biohazard- Thanks. :) but I think smoothing out the inside will be a bit of a waste when I'm just going to paint it black as night anyway. YOU CANNOT MULTITASK) :lol: I figured you were going to paint the inside of the cowl black but I think if you just smoothed it off a bit it will look a lot neater. (i.e. did you beat some GK player?) One thing I noticed though, there's a Khornate talisman chained to his belt! Khorne hates sorcerers, so I don't know why your dude would have something like that...other than that little detail, very well done overall. I have a bunch of blood letters and a Blood Thirster that I like to take as allies every so often so I thought that it would require some sort of talisman to help the sorcerer be able to summon them what with the whole psycher hatin shindig... Here is Champion Garazor of the Pyre (Terminator squad). When it comes to sweaping across the battlefield and sowing terror and death in mass quantities at a time, the Pyre are the ones given this honour. Garazor was of the original Heralds of Judgment, as are all of the remaining Pyre and he takes great pride in the actions of his chapter and the part he played in what lead to the pursuit of their misguided hunters. Garazor's arrogance is only matched by his battle prowess, his pride in his origins extending to the point of looking upon any fellow Punisher that does not come from the same gene-line as them with utter disdain.
