I remember you use to have two blocks of sniper is that just faded out in this or you revamped the units? I also see a DEVY or Sternguard unit back there behind the captain. Is that just to add in some needed anti tank killers? Besides my 10th company rule/roster read over of your models I already commented on the look you gave them on the other forum It even better here when the whole portion of the army seems to fit well and together on the table. 6 days to a toury OMG i couldn't ever cut it that close.... For a long while i used a command squad with khan as my captain, i also did use twenty snipers, after i settled in with shrike i dumped ten snipers and switched the comand squad for 5 sternies.. 5 vets is 5 vets after all. it seems to wor alot better, the lascannons really help at demeching so my t-fires can smash into crowded units.. its a great combo IMO 6 days to a toury OMG i couldn't ever cut it that close.... if it wasnt for the LPC (which i failed) i would never have got them painted in time.. im a very slow painter We all expect a post tourney report from you now that you mentioned there is one. We want to see these models put to good use. it will be in the ultramarines forum next sunday, a few of the blues are going, idaho, thantoes and alloyslayer.. ill post a link here when its up. last year i got tenth from 40, but was using khan... shrike is a better choice so im aiming for top 5.. we shall see what the dice gods bring Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
