Current forum Blood Claws?

There is a hunting horn in the Space Wolves Terminator box.

 

I thought it was a drinking horn.

 

I'd call myself a blood claw and I'd be honored. I truly started in 40k only 8 months ago. Everything before that was wood elves and one apoc game.

 

I've thrown myself headfirst into things in typical bc fashion, I've thrown down list after list at players far more experienced than I, and have beaten bloody almost every time. I'll count myself as a claw till I feel confident in my victories no matter how long I post. Plus I still need to build a new power tankard.

 

I'm a harald deathwolf bc. Beard is an absolute must, no helmet except for the occasion of attaching it to my belt on my minis. Chainaxe if you have one, I know they only come with chaos, otherwise dual chainswords since I tend to go into fights headfirst. I'd say chainsword and shield but we bc's don't have such honors.

 

I would have thrown myself into this earlier, but the comic shop I work for did an event for Thor so I was busy. Btw, what wolf doesn't love Volstagg??

@Nrth chaos has been my army since the realm of chaos books came out so may have a chain axe about ;-)

 

As for the fail for them. Chaos has lost all its charactor and flavour now that its all simplified and separate. That and all the 'you can only win with this list'. So my noise marines have been shelved.

i will pitch my axe into the ring. im still mainly lurking and learning on these forums. my company is sven bloodhowls'. i play shooty and never just rush in. my new favorite unit is my 5 man bloodclaw pack w/flamer and WG w/wolfclaw and combi-flamer in a las plas razor. collor scheme is herasy era grey. i kind of wish claws could take bolter as that is what i rely on the most to win my games but a flamer would work since these guys put 5 wounds on nob bikers last game with one.

I was behind enemy lines, so to speak, so apologies for my lateness. That said, I've been a SW without deviation since I started 40k back in '95, but I had to stop playing for school and only just got back into the game a little under a year ago. I've only been on B&C a few months though, but never received any ranking comments; probably b/c I sort of just snuck in without announcing myself as "the new guy".

My goal is to join the ranks of the scouts or the wolf guard in Erik Morkai's company. I always take scouts with me, ever since smoke grenades. I like to harass my prey with hit & run and sneak attacks. Weapon of choice is sniper rifle. Spectral white or icy grey tones, like a fog or mist in the mountain crags ...and lots of pelts. No beard. If not selected for the scouts, I'm defensive and protective of my designated HQ or pack. I'd have no problem standing to the fore in TDA with an assault cannon.

If I'm to remain a Claw, no plasma or chain weapons. Can't stand those things and the chains are excessively loud.

Ok i like milk better any way :D see nice white strong teeth :D.I like the dual CCW but not chainsword please.IDK why but i don't like them.Don't go calling me any names its just I think they've been done to death on GW pictures.And i think i'm no longer a greenhorn.i've learnt alot

Trust me, the greenhorn name has stuck. Not everyone gets a nickname so enjoy it. And don't worry, I'll paint yours pink ;-)

 

In the Aussie Cricket team, one of the young bloods came about when the team was quite old. He got called Pup because of that.

 

Some ten years later as Vice-Captain, he was still called Pup. Now he is Captain, and still he gets called Pup.

since the 13th Company codex project seems to be on hold... we should start a B&C/Fang: SW special task force codex LMAO our mods can be our HQ's, this reminds me of the last chancers special rules haha

 

When the Wolf King returns for the wolftime, you may change your name to Iron Horn or Blood Horn. But until that happens, the name I gave you remains the same. I have 15 Blood Claws in my army, and yours will have this head. http://www.bitzbox.co.uk/product_info.php/...ior-head-p-1099 He'll be painted black, and his horns painted with an eery green glow.. taken from a daemon with green horns, that you've luckily killed in hand to hand combat as a young Blood Claw (When in truth, your pack mates helped you take him down, you did the killing blow)

Arez managed with the killing blow because postal, forte and myself did all the hard work :P

For who ever said they were going to wear a helmet: The helmets hinder our wolf senses so really all your doing by wearing a helmet is helping out enemies.

FOR:

-Airtight

-head protection

-extra vision/sound options

 

AGAINST:

-hinders natural honed senses

-messes your hair up

-stops you feeling the wind in your hair

-the enemy can't see your fangs

Blood Claws Special Rule: Spirit of the Pup

 

Beginning of each turn that both Forte and Arez are on the board roll a D6. On the result of a 6 a brawl has broken out between Arez and Forte. The unit can't shoot or assault this turn as the Blood Claws have to separate the two Pups. Check for D3 wounds on the unit (armor saves allowed). If the unit gets assaulted and makes their leadership roll for Counter-Attack during this turn, the Blood Claws will gain the Furious Charge Special Rule as their blood is already up.

Love it. Has to be regardless of a pack leader but with a LD test if Mavs Girl is present to shout at us.

uh me, I'm going for the Harald Deathwolf company.

 

Im a man with a passion for close combat, reckless beyond belief , hell I'm the kind of guy that accepts any challenge no matter the odds (without being a BT). Two close combat weps and mark of wulfen would fit me.

Dudes its the point that you try to kill the enemy not yourself we are not orks

Check out the Bloodclaw Sparing thread and you'll see why. I think its the 3rd or 4th brawl with us two. And pretty much any thread we both end up on has a few digs here and there.
