Azekai
Hello all, I was glancing around the internet for pics of Mortarion, and all of them seemed to be either a bit bigger than a termy to up to twice that size, but his mini in epic is a towering bat-winged grim reaper-like chap; if the epic scale is correct, ol' Morty dwarfs tanks and would probably be about the size of Anggrath the Unbound, if not bigger. Is epic anywhere close to realistic in size or am I way of base here? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/229613-an-epic-sense-of-scale/ Share on other sites
Iron Lord
Daemon Princes are bigger than marines- Daemon Primarchs are probably bigger than normal ones. Rider-75
epic mortarion represents him after ascension to daemon hood. as such he has the power to be whatever size he wants :P preheresy, he'd be about a head or so taller than his marines. post heresy i guess he can be whatever size you choose - the power of the warp is at his disposal. Vodunius
Is epic anywhere close to realistic in size I'd say not, the metal daemons were totally out of scale, the lesser daemons were 12mm tall (vs 5.5mm for space marines). The daemon Primarch's were about the same size as the greater daemons.
