Valerian
I just want to know why the narthecium replaces the storm bolter. He has two arms. Same with the brotherhood banner. He can hold his sword in the other hand. I don't mind the loss of the Storm Bolter for the Narthecium, but am really disappointed that the Brotherhood Banner replaces the NFW, how lame. it should definitely replace the Storm Bolter, too, if anything. However, with the vambrace-mounted SBs, it really should just be an addition, not a replacement for anything; just make it 10 points more expensive and done. Oiad
Having pondered this too some time ago, I felt it must have been something to do with the falchion upgrades which require both hands to be free. Of course, the rules could have just provided the use of a nemesis force sword only if the model takes either a banner or narthecium, but that may be too long-winded to sum up in the options section. BLACK BLΠFLY
Every army has access to FNP. there is a reason no one takes a medic in a leafblower army. Nob bikes need their FNP / I don't think this is necessarily the case with Pallies. TheReclusiarch
I personally love having an Apothecary AND a Librarian with shrouding in a Paladin unit. Win. :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/229656-paladin-apothacary-130pts/page/2/#findComment-2761970 Share on other sites
