Up Coming combat readyness

I'm most of the way through preparing my DoA list parts and paints almost complete. I will be facing Dark Elder and Necrons. Actually I sort of set myself up to push a Sanguinor agianst a necron Desiever ( I think thats right).

So this is what I'm working with. plus a land speeder (TML & MM) and a rhino/razorback. so any suggestions you guys can give would be greatly helpful

 

Now remember My 2 hard case opponents are Dark Elder and Necrons. but I also want to know who this will stand up with Nids and Guard units. And just for you guys to Know I'v been working on these lists for a few months now while I'v been building my units. More for fun then Competitive play.
