cyvash
okay recently i tried to strip the enamel based testors paint off with brake fluid, off my first minis which were painted very crudley since they were my first (JSPK testors and model masters enamel paints are the only hobby paints in my availabe area), the brake fluide combined with brushing them ,and picking at them with a pin, has taken off most of the paint on some, and there are a couple guys left that need to be stripped. now the brake fluid i used is done for, after working for 3 1/2 days its just not useable. is there anything out thier that can help finish the job and strip paint off of the plastic without damaging it, and is most likely availabe at hardware and auto supply stores Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/229801-stripping/ Share on other sites
Redfinger
break fluid really is your best bet for plastic models, you can try simple green but that enamel bites real well into plastic.
